The Sassy Squirrel is a lodge in the highly sought after area adjacent to the Neal’s Ranch just 1.5 miles from the Frio. This lodge has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and sleeps 24 people. Each of the bedrooms has a private entry and opens to the outdoors for easy access to the pool and fire pit.

The beds are arranged as follows:

Bedrooms 1 & 2: 2 Queen-sized beds

Bedrooms 3 & 4: 2 Queens and 1 twin bunk bed

Bedroom 5: 2 Queen-sized beds

Guests of the Sassy Squirrel enjoy all the benefits of being a Neal's Guest! This lodge is only 1.5 miles from the Frio River, Neal's Dining Room, Hank's Fishing Tank, and the nightly dances at Joe Jimmy's.

All cabins are furnished with: A/C, basic pots/pans dishes and utensils; pillows, and quilts/coverlets; a picnic table, and a BBQ pit.

Pets are not allowed at this property. Outside smoking only - no smoking allowed in any cabin.

You will need to bring your own sheets and towels (river, bath, and kitchen), dish soap and personal items.
