This is a studio cabin with 2 bathrooms sometimes referred to as “the dorm”. This cabin is within walking distance to the Frio River, Neal’s Dining Room, Hank’s Fishing Tank, & the nightly dances at Joe Jimmy’s.
This cabin sleeps 12 and the beds are arranged as follows:

This cabin is only available May 1st through September 1st for guests to sleep in.
September 1st through May 1st it is set up as a Conference Room.
Bedroom 1: 6 Double beds
All cabins are furnished with: A/C, basic pots and pans, dishes, utensils, pillows with pillowcases, quilts, picnic table, BBQ pit, and a fire pit.
You will need to bring your own sheets and towels (river, bath, and kitchen).
There are picnic tables and BBQ pits spread throughout the property.
This cabin is set up for 12 people.
